What this is

The Orlando Trip Planner is a free planning tool made by TowerTrove LLC, trading as BestTravelHacks.com. You use it to lay out your own theme-park trip. It is not a booking service, a travel agency, or a ticket seller.

We do not book anything

Nothing you enter here reserves a table, buys a ticket, or holds a hotel room. When you tap a booking link we send you to the operator's own website, and everything after that is between you and them. Marking a meal as “booked” here records what you already arranged elsewhere.

We are not affiliated with the parks

We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or NBCUniversal. Park, restaurant, and event names appear only so you can tell which one you mean.

Park hours and other data

Park hours come from ThemeParks.wiki and are cached. Perks and booking windows come from the operators' own pages and change without notice, sometimes at short notice. We show you when we last checked something, and we mark anything we have not verified. Always confirm on the official site before you rely on it. We cannot be responsible for a missed reservation window or a park that opened at a different time than we showed.

Your account and your trips

You need an account to save a trip. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You own what you put in; you can export it as JSON or delete a trip at any time, and deleting a trip removes it and everything on it for good.

Fair use

Please do not scrape the app, hammer it with automated traffic, resell access, or use it to break the law. We may suspend an account that does.

No warranty, and what we owe you

The tool is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of mistakes. Because it is free, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we change something that matters, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the tool means you accept the current version.
